SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping information

Republic of Ireland. Standard delivery 2 to 5 working days. Express delivery 1 to 2 working days.

Northern Ireland. Standard delivery 3 to 5 working days. Express delivery 1 to 2 working days.

UK mainland. Standard delivery 5 to 7 working days. Express delivery 3 to 5 working days.

International. Standard delivery 7 to 14 working days, varies by location.

Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on location and delivery method. Orders are processed within 1 working day of purchase.

UK orders, import duties and VAT

Orders shipped to the UK may be subject to import duties, VAT, or other local taxes on arrival. These are not included at checkout and are the customer's responsibility. Customs processing can cause delays.

Refunds and returns

Items must be returned unworn, in original condition, with tags attached, within 14 days of receipt. To start a return, email info@boldnsubtle.com. Return shipping is the customer's cost unless the item is faulty. Full detail is in our Refund Policy.
