BOLDNSUBTLE is a premium womenswear brand founded in 2024 by Shauna Twamley, Founder and Creative Director. Designed in Dublin and made in Portugal, the brand produces a focused collection of tailored pieces built to move from day into evening.

The collection is deliberately small. Each style is made in limited runs by a single team of tailors in Portugal, in fabrics chosen to be worn all year. Pieces are held in the collection season after season rather than replaced, so a wardrobe built with the brand keeps working.

BOLDNSUBTLE has shown at Paris Fashion Week and been featured in British Vogue, Image Magazine and The Gloss, with customers across Ireland, the UK and international markets.

The name reflects the philosophy. Bold in vision. Subtle in execution.

THE FOUNDER

Shauna Twamley founded BOLDNSUBTLE on a simple belief: what you wear shapes how you show up. With a background in business, retail and finance, she runs the brand with the same discipline she applies to the design, from limited production runs to a collection kept intentionally short.

Every piece is worn and styled by her before it enters the collection. Fit, fabric and how a piece moves through a real day are decided on the body, not on a sketch.
