Why our fabrics work all year
Tailoring is only as good as its cloth. Here is what ours is made of, and how to look after it.
The blazers
The Oversized Black Blazer and the Oversized White Blazer are cut in a 195gsm woven cloth: 82% polyester, 15% rayon and 3% spandex. Gsm is the weight of one square metre of fabric. At 195, the cloth is heavy enough to hold a structured shoulder and light enough to wear all year. The spandex gives a little stretch. Each blazer is fully lined.
The trousers
The Tailored Black Trousers are cut in a heavier cloth, 260gsm, in 96% polyester and 4% elastane. The extra weight keeps the front crease and the straight leg in shape through a full day. The waistband and pocket bags are lined. The leg is unlined.
Care
The blazers are dry clean only. Cool iron. Do not bleach or tumble dry.
The trousers can be dry cleaned, or hand washed cool with similar colours. Do not wring or bleach. Tumble dry low. Cool iron.
